TUXIAN MES Shop Execution — Simple & Transparent

Building efficient, lean and visual shop-floor management. With supply-chain globalization, mass customization and ever-tighter environmental and safety regulations, manufacturers must optimize shop-floor resources, improve data-collection quality, and raise production transparency and efficiency through lean and digital management.
Model
MES is the bridge between production activities and management activities within the enterprise information system. In TUXIAN client cases, the shop execution system provides contextual guidance via touch screens, TV boards, mobile APPs and PDAs, adapting to different production forms — assembly-line production as well as discrete operations (one operator/multiple machines or multiple operators/machines).
Implementation
- Production plan instructions are issued, workshop and machine load is calculated, and semi-automatic scheduling assigns work to workshops/machines; PMC can also adjust scheduling.
- For department-based scheduling, the system auto-schedules and dispatches; for machine-based scheduling, the system schedules or the shop floor dispatches via PDA/mobile APP.
- Report work via APP or shop touch-screen scan, while shop TV boards alert on order status in real time, prompting lines and managers to focus on issues.
- After each process reports, packaging generates label barcodes/QR codes from the production order for scan-inbound and outbound shipping.
- When a customer has an issue with packaged goods, they can query the production flow and batch traceability via the packaging label QR code.
